Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Bentonville is seeking a dependable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician to keep our property safe, comfortable, and guest-ready. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces and exterior areas while coordinating with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and hotel leadership.

Applicants should have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Perform routine repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, locks, appliances, furniture, drywall, painting, doors, and fixtures
• Complete scheduled preventive-maintenance tasks and document work orders
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, mechanical spaces, and exterior areas for safety/maintenance concerns
• Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in an organized manner
• Assist with pool, grounds, parking lot, exterior lighting, and seasonal upkeep

What you'll do

What we're looking for
