Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Tech at Deloitte University to perform general and preventative maintenance across spaces and equipment. You will handle work order requests from guests and staff, ensuring timely and quality repairs while keeping accurate logs.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in maintenance, proficient with hand and power tools, and basic plumbing/electrical skills.

Qualifications

One year experience in maintenance required, such as hotels, home repair, hospitals, office repair, or apartment complex repairs.
Skilled with using hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
Must have experience in minor wallpaper and vinyl repair, drywall painting, tile and grout, refinishing woodwork, plumbing and electrical basics.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred.
Must be able to communicate both written and verbally in English.

Responsibilities

Completes maintenance requests submitted by guests or employees for general maintenance issues within the hotel.
Interacts with guests or employees to ensure maintenance requests are completed successfully.
Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner.
Identifies problems, initiates work orders, completes assigned work orders, and performs repairs.
Maintains a safe, clean and efficient workspace and inventories tools.
Work in a safe manner following safety protocols and PPE usage.
