Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational experience required.
• Prior engineering experience in hotel or restaurant highly preferred.
• Results-driven professional with ownership, accountability and strong teamwork.
• Good financial acumen with cost awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and coordinate contractor activities across properties.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and MEP systems.
• Monitor safety, OSHA compliance, and risk management.
• Manage work order system, track status, and document activity.
• Escort vendors and interact with residential tenants and staff.
• Respond to building emergencies and be on-call as needed.
