Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management.
• Knowledge of safety and building codes as well as OSHA regulations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Maintain pools and landscaping systems for health and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular safety checks and identify potential hazards.
• Assist in resort improvement projects and renovations.
