Job summary

Kana Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member in Georgia to support laundry operations and linen management. You will load, wash, dry, fold, and stock linens, ensuring storage areas are secure and floors are maintained to high cleanliness standards.

The role requires basic customer service, independent work, and experience with washers/dryers. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous experience with washer/dryer equipment required.
• Able to work independently.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Load articles into washers and dryers.
• Understand and add specified amounts of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agents.
• Operate the washer and dryer controls.
• Clean the lint in the dryer filters twice a day.
• Transfers all linens from washer to dryer and restarts cycles.
• Ensures storage & laundry rooms are locked before clocking out.
• Removes laundry from chutes & carts; presorts linens to locate stained or torn items.
• Maintain count of discarded items.
• Fold & stack towels, sheets, and other linens.
• Clean storeroom & laundry area.
• Process damaged linen.
• Make sure there are enough linens per floor and stock each floor.
• Other duties as assigned
