Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a diligent Laundry Attendant to maintain cleanliness of the laundry and related facilities while ensuring inventory control and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes efficient linen processing, proper handling of textiles, and adherence to company standards.

Candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks, communicate professionally with guests and team members, and comply with hygiene and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging or related settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand eight hours, push/pull 60 pounds, and lift/carry 30 pounds unaided.
• Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort soiled linens and terry.
• Operate washers and dryers as designed, including cleaning lint traps and reporting maintenance.
• Fold clean terry and linen and stock shelves and storage rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately.
• Maintain a crisp, professional appearance daily adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
