Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a hotel laundry/housekeeping attendant to provide excellent guest service while maintaining the laundry and facilities in a clean, orderly manner.

The role requires basic expectations such as high school diploma and prior housekeeping experience, and the ability to handle physical tasks like lifting and standing for long periods. You will follow linen procedures, manage supplies, and assist guests as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort soiled lines and terry.
• Treat stained linen when applicable and salvageable; maintain records of damaged linen and alert supervisor.
• Operate washers and dryers as manufacturer intended, including cleaning lint traps and requesting maintenance if needed.
• Fold clean terry and linen followed by stocking shelves and storage rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and respond to guest requests immediately.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance daily according to standards.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
