Job summary

Travelodge Hotels - Asia seeks an Investment Analyst to support the company’s growth by aiding investment and business development from origination to contract conclusion. The role offers exposure to hospitality and real estate deals and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

You will conduct feasibility studies, perform market research, develop financial models and proposals, and help secure new hotel management contracts through coordinated internal efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Finance or Real Estate from a recognised institution.
• Internship and relevant experience in hospitality or real estate preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in analyst or consultancy roles in hospitality or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for potential investment and hotel management deals, including market research and underwriting.
• Generate investment leads and track project pipelines with market and competitive data.
• Develop financial models, presentations and proposals in connection to opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and secure new hotel management contracts.
