Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking enthusiastic interns to support dining room service and in-room dining across AM and PM shifts, helping create memorable guest experiences. You will learn service standards, assist with setup, breakdown, and smooth workflow while collaborating with front- and back-of-house teams.

You will also help plan and lead guest activities in the Guest Experience track, support daily programming and events, and enjoy privileges such as dining and lodging perks, relocation/travel

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support dining room service (AM & PM) and in-room dining.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and service flow.
• Learn high-level service standards and guest interaction.
• Work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams.
• Assist with planning and leading guest activities in Guest Experience internships.
• Support daily programming and special events.
• Help create thoughtful, personalized guest experiences.
• Work across departments and spend time outdoors.
