Job summary

The Beekman, a Hyatt property in Lower Manhattan, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, including payroll administration and related processes, and to support the full scope of HR functions.

Reporting to the Area Director of Human Resources, you will partner with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest service through people, compliance, and processes, while maintaining confidentiality and high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Previous Human Resources or management experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in the overall Human Resources Operations, overseeing payroll administration and related processes, while supporting the full scope of Human Resources functions.
• This position will report to the Area Director of Human Resources.
