Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a Human Resources Manager for Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter in Dunwoody, GA. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, safety initiatives, and training programs to support a busy hospitality property.

The role requires leadership, confidentiality, and collaboration with department leaders to resolve staff issues and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Flexibility for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior interpersonal & confidentiality skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• High school diploma required; associates/bachelors or HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, safety & health initiatives and training.
• Provide hands-on staff relations and act as a neutral party in conflict situations.
• Experience with payroll/benefit administration is a plus.
• Some accounting back-up work is possible.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
