Job summary

Saz's Hospitality Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our brands, including our flagship restaurant and catering division. You will work with Coordinators, divisional leaders and ownership to balance daily operational needs with strategic initiatives that enhance engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or related discipline with 5+ years in HR, including 3+ years supervisory experience.
• SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and guidance for HR Generalist with performance management and task assignment.
• Lead HR operations, partner with coordinators and leadership to streamline processes and drive engagement.
• Manage recruiting, HRIS and timekeeping systems; supervise reporting and analytics.
• Develop training with Training Manager and oversee benefit programs, policies and compliance.
• Oversee ACA, vacation hours and 401(k) census reporting; ensure legal compliance and best practices.
