You will lead HR initiatives, train managers, and ensure policies align with business objectives while maintaining a positive workplace culture and strong guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of three years progressive HR generalist experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting, performance management, compensation, culture development and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to provide HR guidance and employee relations support.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and company policies.
• Lead recruiting and talent management for Operations with manager training on hiring.
