Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring Houseperson/Runner in Sedona, AZ. You will support Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards, maintain storage areas, stock linen and supplies, and assist with guest service across resort sites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Punctual with all assignments and deadlines.
• A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt behavior.
• Willing to work irregular hours.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Stock and deliver linen and supplies to units.
• Move and arrange linen, bags, and equipment as directed.
• Report maintenance issues and lost and found items.
• Provide guest support and ensure a safe site operation.
