MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring for the Houseperson/Runner role at our Scottsdale, AZ location. You will support Supervisors and Housekeepers to ensure timely, high-quality service for guests in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to make decisions.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness.
• Strong work ethic.
• Work irregular hours.
• A valid driver's license will be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units.
• Walk all assigned buildings to ensure cleanliness and absence of linen, trash or equipment.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Create strong, positive customer relations.
