Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our housekeeping team. The Houseperson/Runner supports Supervisors and Housekeepers, helps maintain cleanliness across units, and ensures timely service for guests at our hospitality properties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Be prompt with all assignments and deadlines.
• A passion for cleanliness and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt to change.
• Willing to work irregular hours.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards.
• Follow company mission and values.
• Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Deliver linen and supply bags to units and assist in linen inventories.
• Move furniture and ensure safe working environment at each site.
