CP WASHINGTON CIRCLE LLC is seeking a friendly Houseperson to support the housekeeping team. You will strip and transport linens, deliver supplies, and help maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready environment for every stay.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, routine cleaning tasks, restocking closets, delivering guest items, assisting Room Attendants, and flagging maintenance issues. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic communication skills with a guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).
• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
