CP Pittsburgh-Smallman LLC is hiring a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team at the Pittsburgh location. Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, delivering supplies, and assisting with linen transport to ensure a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment for every stay.

The role requires the ability to work independently and with the team, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and a focus on safety and guest experience. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, sanitizing).
• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
