Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee cleaning personnel, ensure timely turnover of units, and uphold the company’s standards. You will train staff, assign duties, and maintain safety and quality across sites in the Flagstaff area.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong motivation, and reliability. Competitive pay starts at $20/hour with benefits and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high standard of excellence within staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp’s 7-step to clean process during peak periods.
• Assist in training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per procedures.
• Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for stains or wear and report.
• Inspect units and prepare them as vacant and ready.
• Replace kitchen inventory and supplies as needed.
• Maintain storage closets clean and organized.
• Report lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Be ready to perform duties related to site operation as directed.
• Promote urgency to ensure units are turned on time.
• Be timely with assignments and appointments.
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Perform inventory and linen supplies.
• Assist in linen inventories as directed.
• Be responsible for time efficiency of direct reports.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Develop strong, positive customer relations.
• Willing to assist resort guests and owners.
• Remain knowledgeable of the resort.
