MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Houseperson/Runner to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in delivering clean, well-maintained resort units. You will stock, transport linens, assist with site operations, and ensure timely turnover while upholding our service standards.

The role requires physical ability, strong time management, and a customer-focused approach to guest care. Training and safety guidelines will be provided, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Personal timeliness; be prompt with all assignments.
• A passion for cleanliness and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain storage closets cleanliness and organization.
• Strip units of soiled linens as directed.
• Deliver linens and supplies to units.
• Remove trash from units.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Move furniture as directed and assist with site operations.
• Create positive guest relations and assist resort guests.
• Operate company vehicle when required.
• Ensure units are turned on time.
