Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedures for a safe working environment, complying with OSHA and regulations.
• Maintains a clean, orderly environment to protect health and safety.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans areas to company and client standards and requirements.
• Follows trash storage and disposal procedures and transports waste to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility by ensuring doors/windows are locked as required.
• Ensures security of company/client assets.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
