Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and kneel for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to property procedures.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, and polish floors as needed.
• Transport clean and dirty linens to/from housekeeping storage areas.
• Move furniture, set up event/banquet spaces, and rearrange rooms as requested.
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets with necessary items.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management.
• Assist housekeeping staff with heavy lifting or deep-cleaning tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respond promptly to guest or staff requests for assistance.
