Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make daily assignments for attendants (AM and PM).
• Log and dispatch all calls to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Update room statuses in Opera and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Provide administrative support between housekeeping staff, supervisors, managers, and front desk.
• Assist in monitoring and ensuring timely communication and duties.
