Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Work irregular hours; travel – rarely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning and tidying units.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets and decks.
• Report unit cleanliness and readiness for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Ensure safe working environment and adherence to training.
