The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is hiring a Hospitality Host to provide outstanding customer service on the casino floor. This role supports the Player Development department and involves interacting with VIP customers, ensuring high-quality service even in the absence of Casino Hosts.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in guest service, experience within a casino or hotel environment, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends, and adherence to gaming regulations.

The Hospitality Host is responsible for Casino Floor coverage supporting the entire Player Development department. Administrative, customer‑service and systems expertise will be vital in all inner workings of this role. Interactions with Casino Hosted customers should provide the same level of service without the Casino Hosts being present during their days off. Engaging Casino Players on the casino floor, attending special events, and understanding daily promotions will be necessary to fulfill this role. Knowledge of every responsibility and duty a Casino Host performs will be the goal for this team member. Making customers aware of the Wild Card Rewards program and teaching them the value of always using their card will be a daily responsibility.
