Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, assist with seating, and present menus in our dining venues in Florida. This role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and sustainability practices.

You will coordinate with team members, maintain dining room setup, handle reservations, and support service during peak times. Prior customer service experience is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests, offer seating choices, escort to tables, and present menus.
• Read, maintain and log daily entries to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper dining room setup.
• Assist as needed or requested with service.
• Receive records and arrange reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and practices.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
