Qualifications

• Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest in a friendly manner as they enter the restaurant.
• Escort guests to requested and/or prearranged tables.
• Assist servers with duties such as resetting tables or fulfilling guest requests.
• Answer the phone promptly with a friendly and cordial greeting.
• Direct customer complaints and other calls to the appropriate people; take reservations and manage seating.
