Job summary

Afton House Inn in Afton, MN is seeking friendly Hosts and Expos to join our historic boutique hotel and restaurant team. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and support dining operations in a lively Food & Beverage environment.

Ideal candidates are motivated, customer-service oriented, and reliable for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a charming riverside setting. Prior hospitality experience is welcome but not required, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Motivated and dynamic with a passion for excellent guest service
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Coordinate timely communication between the kitchen and dining staff
• Manage guest reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Support the team during busy night shifts, weekends, and holidays
