Qualifications

• Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Ensure efficient seating based on availability and party size.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and seat guests promptly.
• Communicate with front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Answer phones, take reservations or provide menu information.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
• Assist in light administrative tasks, including taking to-go orders and helping flow of service.
