Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort to assigned table.
• Control seating flow and rotation, manage guest lists and check procedures.
• Assign opening/closing side duties and supervise side work for station readiness.
• Maintain reservation book, take calls, note reservations and special requests.
• Know menu items, prices, and standard service procedures.
• Ensure appearance and cleanliness across service areas.
• Be visible on the dining floor and accessible to guests and staff.
• Communicate guest requests/concerns to the manager.
• Incorporate safe work practices in daily performance.
