Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a Hospitality Front Desk Associate to be the first contact for members and guests. You will provide a warm welcome, resolve questions quickly, and help create memorable experiences that reflect our customer-centered approach.

Night Auditor Coverage (as needed) is part of the role, with starting pay at $21/hour. You will manage check-ins, payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Midtown is looking for a Hospitality Front Desk Associate who will be the first point of contact for every interaction with our members and guests. The Position Midtown believes in putting the customer at the center of every decision that we make. Our Hospitality Associates set the tone for the experience of each member and guests through warm greetings, genuine goodbyes, resolving questions or issues accurately and quickly and creating memorable, lasting moments during each visit. A Midtown Hospitality Associate plays a key role in delivering on our promise to inspire others to transform their lives. Welcome to some of the most important work you will ever do.

Night Auditor Coverage (As Needed) $25/hour:

Provide overnight coverage for scheduled absences. Oversee hotel operations during overnight hours while club operations are closed. Manage late check-ins, guest inquiries, and hospitality desk responsibilities. Ensure accuracy in nightly reporting and operational continuity.

As Hospitality Associate, you will:

• Greet everyone who enters the club and hotel with a warm welcome
• Seek to understand how you can help make someone's experience special
• Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and optimism
• Assist members with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling services
• Handle check-ins, addressing questions and resolving issues appropriately
• Identify potential friction points for customer and help find solutions
• Participate in service recovery
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk areas to contribute to an exceptional facility experience
• Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported
• Answer queries regarding club and hotel services and facilities
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of service
• Complete transactions for paid services or goods
• Complete tasks or projects as assigned such as calling members with birthday greetings

Experience and Requirements

Compensation Starting at $21/HR
