Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club in Atlanta is seeking a Hospitality Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering warm greetings and resolving questions quickly.

You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences, handling check-ins, registrations, payments, and service recovery, while maintaining a welcoming, professional front desk.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and enjoyment in helping others.
• Knowledge of customer service standards.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the club with a warm welcome.
• Help make each member’s experience special.
• Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and optimism.
• Assist members with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling.
• Handle check-ins and resolve questions or issues.
• Identify friction points and help find solutions.
• Participate in service recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance when problems arise.
• Answer queries regarding club services and facilities.
• Implement processes to ensure consistent service.
• Complete transactions for paid services or goods.
• Complete tasks such as calling members with birthday greetings.

Midtown is looking for a Hospitality Associate who will be the first point of contact for every interaction with our members and guests. As Hospitality Associate, you will:

• Answer queries regarding club services and facilities
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of service
• Complete transactions for paid services or goods
• Complete tasks or projects as assigned such as calling members with birthday greetings

Experience and Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and some holidays)
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and enjoy serving others
• Working knowledge of customer services standards
• Work gracefully and quickly under pressure
