Job summary

Cosm is seeking a Runner/Busser to support daily food and beverage operations and create a clean, welcoming environment for guests. You will greet fans, expedite orders, maintain clean spaces, and follow safety and alcohol service regulations. Training will cover food, bar, and service standards.

Must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in bussing or delivery is a plus, and reliability and professionalism are essential to ensuring a top-tier fan experience at

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Previous bussing or food delivery experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans warmly and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and with proper presentation.
• Assist with bussing, pre-bussing, and table resets throughout the venue.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols; follow alcohol service regulations.
