The Glenview at Pelican Bay is seeking an Accounting Assistant for a hospitality-focused environment in Naples, FL. The role involves data entry, clerical support, and assisting the Director of Financial Services in daily operations. Full-time, Monday–Friday shifts are available.

Responsibilities include inputting billing data, processing deposits and AP invoices, and generating checks. Training provided where needed, benefits listed below.

Qualifications

• High School education with knowledge of accounting and office machines.
• Date entry or personal computer experience necessary.
• Accounting experience helpful, but not required; will train as needed.
• PCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input resident and Health Center billing data into the computer.
• Record and prepare deposits for Independent Living, Home Health, and misc. items.
• Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy.
• Input accounts payable data, forward for approval, and generate checks.
