The Glenview at Pelican Bay is seeking hospitality‑focused Certified Nursing Assistants who have CNA experience to join a dedicated team on our Naples campus. Shifts are full‑time, 3pm–11pm, with every other weekend required.

CNAs assist residents with daily nursing care and services, including hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities. The role emphasizes superior hospitality and resident comfort in a caring community setting.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English with proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
• Typing experience and ability to work independently are desirable.
• Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily dental and mouth care and oral hygiene.
• Assist with bathing functions (bed bath, tub or shower) as directed.
• Assist with dressing/undressing.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Receive and relay nursing reports on duty.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood/body fluids.
• Weigh and measure residents as instructed.
• Answer resident calls promptly.
