The Glenview at Pelican Bay, a premier continuing care retirement community in Naples, FL, is seeking a hospitality-focused Accounting Assistant for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. The role supports data entry, clerical tasks, and daily coordination of the financial services department.

Responsibilities include inputting billing data, processing deposits, reviewing AP invoices, and generating checks. Requires a High School diploma, basic accounting knowledge, and willingness to train; PCC

Qualifications

• High School diploma with knowledge of accounting and office machines.
• Date entry or personal computer experience necessary.
• Accounting experience helpful, but not required; will train as needed.
• PCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and clerical support for the accounting office.
• Assist the Director of Financial Services in day-to-day coordination.
• Input resident and Health Center billing data; process deposits.
• Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and generate AP checks.
