Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment at Homestead, a Four-season resort in the Wasatch Mountains, ensuring guests enjoy a safe, comfortable stay.

You will lead the engineering shift, coach staff, solicit input from the team, and uphold high maintenance standards to keep systems reliable and downtime minimal across the property.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (read, write, speak) mandatory.
• 3–5 years HVAC systems experience in hotel/institutional settings preferred.
• HVAC certification or journeyman level experience.
• 2–3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all hotel mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain high morale for the engineering shift and coach staff.
• Solicit input from engineering team and discuss problems as they arise.
• Ensure guest safety and comfort through reliable systems and practices.
