Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Subway franchisee in High Point, NC, seeks a Sandwich Artist to join a motivated team dedicated to hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will be part of a system that values teamwork, integrity, and growth, while delivering quality subs and fast service.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling orders, payments, and upselling, with a focus on accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Self-motivation, positive attitude, doing the right thing.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in varied temperatures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer menu questions.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system with modifications.
• Handle cash, card payments, and give correct change.
• Suggest items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints respectfully and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications and package accordingly.
• Keep work area clean and organized (counter, dining area, restrooms).
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Bake fresh bread and cookies daily.
