EYAS Hospitality Group, a Subway franchisee, is hiring Sandwich Artists to join a team focused on hospitality, integrity, and growth. You will contribute to a welcoming dining experience and accuracy in orders while supporting restaurant success.

In a fast-paced setting, you will greet guests, input orders, manage payments, suggest menu items, and uphold safety standards. The role offers opportunities for growth and teamwork within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, a smile, and menu guidance.
• Input orders accurately into the POS with modifications.
• Process cash, card and other payments, giving correct change.
• Suggest items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and proper cash handling.
• Resolve customer issues with respect and process refunds when needed.
• Assemble food orders per specs, including packaging and condiments.
• Keep work area clean and organized—front and back of house.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Bake bread and cookies as part of daily prep.
