CocoNene Whalers Village is hiring a Sales Associate to blend hospitality with product knowledge, guiding guests to meaningful Hawai‘i-made items. You’ll connect with guests, share stories about local artists, and help them find gifts that celebrate Hawai‘i.

Roles include POS duties, maintaining a welcoming store, and contributing to team goals. The position supports a local, founder-led business with opportunities to grow within the CocoNene brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and aloha.
• Share product knowledge authentically.
• Represent local artists and Hawai‘i-made process.
• Help guests personalize gifts and find meaningful items.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Operate the register, handle cash, opening/closing duties, and restock products.
• Contribute to team sales goals through great service.
• Support your team and uphold a positive, collaborative culture.
• Taking on other tasks that help our team and guests.
