Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at HWS Littleton-21033. You will clean rooms and public areas, restock supplies, and follow safety procedures to uphold high hospitality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction. This position is full-time and onsite, with the potential for tipping and benefits as part of the company package.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with guests and team members.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to standards.
• Provide clean linen, bedding and towels for rooms.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Know hotel property, staff, services, hours, and surrounding amenities.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests leave behind and report via lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
