Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Teamplayer with guest-focused approach.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues and drinking glasses.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report through lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
