Panera Bread in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver warm hospitality, prepare and serve food, and help create great guest experiences. You’ll greet guests, assemble meals, and assist across production, service, and cashier areas in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Passion for comfort, connection, and joy for guests.
• Fast-paced, multitasker, reliable and punctual.
• Flexible for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety training (Food Handler's Card) as required by law.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties in Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.
• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Stay on the move helping guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following safety standards.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by cleaning, stocking, and setting up the next shift.
