Panera Bread in Mesquite, TX is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, bringing warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction while supporting bakery-cafe operations.

You’ll work across production, prep, service, cashier and drive-thru, greet guests with a friendly welcome, assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, maintain a clean, safe dining area, and help set up the next shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Food Handler's Card, as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Work across Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe, welcoming dining areas.
• Assist with stocking and shift setup.
