Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 16+, able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Completion of food safety training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth through guest interactions.
• Execute duties specific to your area within the bakery-cafe.
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately.
• Support guests while maintaining a safe and inviting environment.
• Follow food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt positively.
• Complete cleaning and stocking duties to support team success.
