Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth, care, and joy with every guest interaction. You will support the bakery-cafe’s daily operations across production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, and barista areas, ensuring real ingredients and great food.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety training or willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Card.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and aiding the next shift.
