Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our bakery-cafe community. As the heart of hospitality, you will warmly greet guests, assist across areas from production to cashier, and support daily operations with a smile.

You will help assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, stay on the move with a can-do attitude, and maintain a clean, safe dining area for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler's Card required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assist in various bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, etc.).
• Prepare salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following safety protocols.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and assisting next shift.
