Job summary

The role demands 3+ years of construction PM experience, a bachelor’s in construction management or related field, and strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction as a Project Manager or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; construction management preferred.
• Solid understanding of general contracting and project life cycle.
• Strong financial acumen with cost forecasting and reporting.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Lead tenant improvement/commercial interior projects from start to finish.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and trade partner coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor project engineers and superintendents.
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
