• Setting up your station and tackling your daily prep list.
• Receiving goods from vendors and ensuring quality meets standards.
• Assisting kitchen stations and delivering prepped items to the line.
• Maintaining a tidy, organized, and sanitized workspace and storage areas.
• Practicing proper cooking techniques and following prep lists.
• Opening/closing tasks and extra cleaning projects as needed.
• Lending a hand to help team complete service efficiently.
