Job summary

Brandon Wilde, a Life Plan Community in Evans, GA, is seeking a hospitality-focused Cook to join our Community Culinary Services team. This role performs hands-on production cooking and upholds quality and cleanliness standards across meals for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living cooking experience.
• Pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve menu cycles aligned with dietary criteria and local regulations.
• Maintain cooking speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as needed.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make improvements.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner.
